The sunken ballroom at the Portland Art Museum was the location of Soctt and Penny’s wedding. Portland Wedding Planner Marilyn Storch coordinated the ceremony and reception. The ceremony was preformed in the sunken ballroom by Roger Moore from Moore creative weddings. This elegant wedding had all the details in place. After the ceremony, the sunken ballroom was turned into a beautiful reception. Scott and Penny were formally introduced and dinner service started. Eric from  Hybrid moon captured the video and  Michelle & Justin from  Artistique Photographie took care of the digital photography. All the formal emcee duties were taken care of by A Sound Choice and guests were also treated to a special photo taken by the fun professionals at Paparazzi. Guests had a great time dancing the night away. The party went an additional hour and a half. The ceremony and reception was a true success.
